The Casa – Spanish for house – has a distinctly Iberian interior architectural theme with a modern twist that consistently runs through the entire living space. This two bedroom and two bathroom condo includes everything you need to move-in, everything, with the exceptions of your own clothing. For example, washer dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, dishwasher, electric stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine and even the cups, plates and linens for the beds. The old Iberian or Spanish designs with dark chestnut wood tastefully decorate the home while the comfortable modern couches, flat screen television, and electrical appliances give it the modern flair and comfort.
The living room is topped off with a beautiful ocean view facing west that will provide you with spectacular sunsets that can be seen from your couch or should you decide to step out on the balcony, it could be seen from there too. The balcony has a small barbecue pit that can be used for those days you feel like grilling a nice lunch or dinner with family and friends. Speaking of friends, the common pool area is also sure to impress your visitors. You can also keep the children busy and active or can be used just by you to relax and unwind after a hard days work. The building also houses a gym that is just a short walk down the stairs or elevator.
Rainbow Beach Club also has its own private security and underground parking so you can be sure that you and your family will be safe.
