Our modern and newly renovated studio is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or solo adventure. The friendly and welcoming local community is always happy to share the island with visitors. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy, including snorkeling, diving, fishing, and exploring the local culture and cuisine.

Guest access
The condo is located in the heart of Sint Maarten, making it the perfect home base for your island adventures. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy, including snorkeling, diving, fishing, and exploring the local culture and cuisine. You’ll also have access to all the restaurants, bars, bakery, and casino in the nearby Morgan Village. Please note that our building does not have access to the hotel pool.
