The kitchen has all of the usual major appliances including a modern washer and dryer. The living room has a wall of windows with great views toward the lagoon and is very private. Included are ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The guest bathroom includes a shower so overnight visitors have their own bathroom. This also makes it convenient so that nobody has to go upstairs to use the facilities.Sliding glass doors lead out to the terrace. This is a great spot for lounging, eating or entertaining. The covered dining area provides shade and protection from rain. All of the buildings at Punta Venezia are built well and are made of cement. Traditional Caribbean roof construction with beams embedded into the cement walls stand up to anything mother nature can throw at it. Should be noted that there was zero damage to the building or the unit during past storms. This is a very important factor when choosing a property in The Caribbean.

This unit comes with an assigned parking spot. The parking area is lighted and costs for this are covered in the HOA fee of $2,500 per year. Also included in the HOA fee is 24 hour security, trash removal, gardening, entrance gates and cleaning of the roads.
