The space
As soon as you enter our tropical paradise, you’ll feel the stress of daily life melts away. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable and memorable stay. It has a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one full bathroom. Step outside onto the large balcony and take in the stunning views of the beach and ocean. You’ll love sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the sunset over the water.

Guest access
The condo is located in the heart of Sint Maarten, making it the perfect home base for your island adventures. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy, including snorkeling, diving, fishing, and exploring the local culture and cuisine. You’ll also have access to all the restaurants, bars, bakery, and casino in the nearby Morgan Village. Please note that our building does not have access to the hotel pool.
